FRANKLIN ST. SHOWROOM DESIGNER
Demy Lee wanted to create styles that she would appreciate most in her own closet, something she can reach for just about every day.
Understated, elegant, and modern, DEMYLEE caters to those who appreciate the simple luxury and powerful versatility of the individual piece. Heavily influenced by her childhood fascination with her stylish father’s wardrobe, DEMYLEE’s signature balance of timeless sophistication and boyish charm fills a market niche for classic yet current knits. Originally focused exclusively on cashmere, Demy has expanded her line to include cut & sew knit and woven essentials for both women and men.
Born in Korea, Demy studied at Parsons School of Design and held design positions at Calvin Klein and GAP Inc. before playing a key role in launching Tory Burch’s first collection. Today, Demy works from her design studios in New York, deriving inspiration from the arts, culture and street scenes that the Big Apple has to offer.
